Because each owner's needs and each site can vary so much, I've found it difficult to set "standard" prices. One page may be simple text; another may have several complex features (forms, video, graphics that require editing prior to being added to the page, etc.).

After I have a clear understanding of what you're looking for and what it will take to accomplish your goals, I'll be able to provide an estimate for your project. If you can provide a suggested budget range (e.g. $500-$700) and I will make recommendations that fit within your budget.

Simple sites start as low as $350* (not including domain name and hosting which will typically run about $50/year), but prices depend on the features you want and what is necessary to make your site successful (i.e. to accomplish what you want it to).

* A one-page "web presence" site could be done for less. Price would depend on content and future needs.
